📃 Terms & Conditions – Hikari Skincare

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:
Entrepreneur: the sole proprietorship Hikari, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 96184094.
Customer: any natural person not acting in the course of a profession or business who enters into an agreement with the entrepreneur.
Agreement: any agreement entered into between the entrepreneur and the customer, including remote agreements via the webshop.
Products: all goods offered by the entrepreneur, such as skincare products.

Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every agreement concluded between the entrepreneur and the customer.
Before the agreement is finalized, the text of these terms and conditions will be made available to the customer.
Deviations are only valid if confirmed in writing by the entrepreneur.

Article 3 – The Offer

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Images reflect the products truthfully.
Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind the entrepreneur.
Each offer includes sufficient information so that the customer understands the rights and obligations involved.

Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is established when the customer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions.
The customer receives a confirmation via email.
The entrepreneur ensures a secure web environment and protection of data transmissions.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.
During this period, the customer shall handle the product with care.
To withdraw, the customer must contact us via info@hikari-skincare.nl.

Article 6 – Effects of Withdrawal

Upon valid withdrawal, the customer will be refunded in full, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days.
Refunds are processed using the same payment method, unless agreed otherwise.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product was delivered faulty or damaged.

Article 7 – Exclusion of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (e.g., opened skincare items).
- Products made to the customer’s specifications.

Article 8 – Pricing

All prices include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Prices will not be increased during the validity period, except due to VAT changes.
For products subject to market fluctuations, exceptions may apply; this will be stated clearly in the offer.

Article 9 – Delivery

Orders are handled with the utmost care.
Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer.
Target delivery time is 1–5 business days. If delays occur, the customer will be informed.

Article 10 – Payment

Payment must be made via the available payment methods on the website.
Customers must promptly report any inaccuracies in payment details.

Article 11 – Complaints

Complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time via info@hikari-skincare.nl.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 14 days.

Article 12 – Liability

The entrepreneur is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of products.
Liability is limited to the purchase amount of the specific product.

Article 13 – Disputes

Dutch law applies exclusively to all agreements.
We strive to resolve disputes amicably. If this is not possible, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 14 – Amendments to Terms

The entrepreneur reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.
Any changes will be communicated clearly and in a timely manner via the website.
