1. Processing Time

Orders placed on business days before 11:30 PM are processed and shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 11:30 PM or during weekends are processed on the next business day.
During peak periods (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

Within the Netherlands

  • Standard Shipping: €3.95
  • Free Shipping: On orders from €40 and above
  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days

International Shipping (Available for Germany, Belgium, Austria, and Denmark)

3. Delivery Time

Netherlands: 1–3 business days
International: 3–5 business days
Please note: delivery may be delayed during holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

4. Track & Trace

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a Track & Trace code to follow your package in real-time.

5. Shipping Limitations

We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
We currently only ship to: The Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Austria, and Denmark.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

Damaged package? Please contact us within 48 hours at info@hikari-skincare.nl with photos of the damage and your order number.
Missing package? If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please reach out and we will investigate the issue.
