Return & Refund Policy – Hikari Skincare
At Hikari Skincare, we strive to deliver only the best products and service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in accordance with the policy outlined below.
1. Return Conditions
- You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without needing to provide a reason.
- After notifying us, you have another 14 days to send the product back.
- Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons (e.g., opened skincare items) are excluded from return eligibility.
2. How to Request a Return
Send an email to info@hikari-skincare.nl with your order number and a brief description of the product you wish to return.
You will receive a confirmation and detailed return instructions.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, you will receive your refund within 14 days. The refund includes:
- The full purchase amount
- Any original shipping costs (only if the entire order is returned)
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used at checkout.
